ACCESS JEECAE TEMPLATE

1. Types of Manuscripts

JEECAE considers original research articles, short communications, and review articles, including systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Each manuscript must provide a clear and relevant contribution to engineering knowledge or practice.

2. Online Submission

Authors must submit manuscripts through the JEECAE Online Journal System. Register or log in, initiate a new submission, upload the manuscript, complete the required article and author metadata, include supplementary files where appropriate, review the information, and submit. Corresponding authors may monitor editorial progress through their accounts.

3. General Preparation

Use the official JEECAE template. Manuscripts should normally not exceed 4,000 words and must be prepared in clear academic language. Authors should proofread the manuscript, use consistent terminology and formatting, number pages consecutively, and avoid unnecessary bold or italic emphasis.

4. Title and Author Information

The title should be concise, informative, and representative of the research. Include accurate author names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author contact details according to the journal template.

5. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract must be 150–200 words and summarize the research problem, objective, methodology, principal findings, and conclusions. Provide relevant keywords that accurately represent the research and support academic indexing and discoverability.

6. Introduction

Describe the scientific background, research problem, relevant literature, research gap, objectives, and novelty or contribution of the study. The introduction should be understandable to researchers in related engineering disciplines.

7. Research Methodology

Explain the research design, materials, equipment, experimental or computational procedures, and data analysis methods. Present sufficient information and references to support scientific evaluation and, where feasible, replication.

8. Results and Discussion

Present research findings clearly and interpret their scientific significance. Support conclusions with relevant data, figures, tables, and appropriate analysis. Compare findings with previous studies and discuss limitations and practical implications where applicable.

9. Conclusion

Summarize the principal findings and explain how they address the research objectives. Conclusions must follow from the results and should not introduce unsupported claims. Relevant future research directions may be included.

10. Tables and Figures

Number tables and figures consecutively, cite them in the text, and provide informative captions. Ensure all illustrations are legible and appropriately formatted. Figures, tables, symbols, and measurement units must follow the official manuscript template. Acknowledge and obtain permission for reused material when required.

11. References and IEEE Citations

Authors must provide at least 25 relevant references. Use the IEEE numbered citation style and list references in the order of their first appearance. Cite sources using square brackets, such as [1], [2], [3], or [4]–[6]. Only cited sources should appear in the reference list. Reference management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, and EndNote are recommended.

12. Publication Ethics, Similarity, and Fees

Submissions must be original, properly cited, and free from research misconduct. The proposed journal screening policy uses iThenticate with a maximum similarity tolerance of 25%, subject to editorial evaluation in context. The Article Publication Charge is IDR 100,000 per accepted article, payable following acceptance. Payment does not influence editorial decisions.

See: Publication Ethics | Plagiarism Screening | Author Fees.

13. Final Submission Checklist

  • Manuscript follows the official JEECAE template.
  • Research is original and not submitted to another journal.
  • Abstract contains 150–200 words.
  • Manuscript normally does not exceed 4,000 words.
  • Tables, figures, and references follow the required style.
  • At least 25 relevant references are provided in IEEE style.
  • All authors approve the manuscript and author information.
  • Required submission metadata is complete and accurate.
  • Publication ethics and originality requirements are satisfied.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO AUTHORS
